The layout was a bit odd, with an awkwardly small, cramped area for the shower. The mattress left a lot to be desired-better suited for a Jedi in training than seasoned travelers. No real space to store personal items either. Everything ended up piled on the floor or hanging precariously on a small table. Some rooms had privacy issues with glass doors was great. And let's not forget the noise from other rooms, added to the overall restlessness during the night.

The weather was warm, had really great stay. The room was neat and bright and equipped with 2 double beds as described. Generally everything was good, nonetheless the bathroom was terrible. A cool bonus was Cafe Nemrut, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
Their staff were kind of rude.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were very helpful when we asked to borrow some forks and knives for a meal in the room. It's located in a quiet street and only a short walk to the city center.
The bathroom door didn't close properly.

Location isn't right in the middle of edinburgh, so it's nice and quiet at night but its quite a trek into town if you don't like walking.
The area around the hotel reminded me of Camden in London, lots of little independent shops but with a run down look but was pleasant enough. Also you can hear everything everyone in the hotel is doing at all hours, my last night at leith house was very restless as the couple in the next room decided having sex for hours on end would be nice.

The location made exploring so convenient. Everything felt within walking distance. My room was clean and had a kettle, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the walls were thin. Noise traveled easily throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. The bathroom was small and could use better storage. I noticed some outdated decor too. The check-in process was straightforward but felt impersonal due to limited staff visibility. If you're looking for a spot to crash for a night, this might fit the bill, but longer stays could get uncomfortable with noise and outdated features.

Good location for the price, room was presented well. Has the feel of a B&B but you're left to yourself. Free parking on the street
Bed was very short!

The location is convenient, within walking distance of beautiful cafes. The room was quite small, the heating was excessive, and the lack of responsiveness from staff was frustrating. Despite the cleanliness, the outdated decor and noise levels detracted from a fully enjoyable experience.

It is a tiny hotel but it is as perfect as a hotel in almost every aspect as the big ones, it was cleaned and maintained very well.
You have to pay for the internet. I do not think that it would be a big problem to get the hotel connected for free in such a big hotel, it is not bigger than my own house where i live.

The location was perfect for our family getaway, close to transport links and only a short walk to downtown. We were able to enjoy the nearby cafes for meals. Our dog felt right at home. Clean sheets and a friendly check-in made it enjoyable.
My wife says that the bathroom could use more space and better storage.
